PROLANG collects, stores and uses personal data as part of mutual business relations (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address)  and other information provided by  States that may relate to you, your representatives, owners or  employees in accordance with the law and observance of proper procedures and in a manner that guarantees their safety.

Data is stored and secured in a manner consistent with common IT security standards.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Your personal data is processed to:

• enter into and perform a contract  (if a contract is concluded),

• conduct marketing activities in the field of our direct marketing, sending electronically personalized offers and content in the scope of activities related to the services and products we offer,

• in order to provide you with commercial and marketing information about our goods or services by means of telecommunications end devices,

• archiving purposes,

• measure your satisfaction and opinion,

Processing entities - to whom we will commission activities that require the processing of personal data, e.g. our subcontractors, supplier of IT tools, debt collection companies, companies providing postal and courier services.

Courts, public administration authorities, law enforcement authorities in connection with their proceedings.

Due to the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to:

• access to data,

• rectify incorrect data or supplement incomplete data,

• processing restrictions,

• object to data processing and profiling for purposes arising from our legitimate interests, for reasons related to your particular situation,

• object to the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing and profiling related to such marketing,

• object to the processing of data for purposes arising from our legitimate interests, for reasons related to your particular situation,

• deletion of processed data,

You can object to the processing of your data at any time and it will not affect the lawfulness of the processing.  

 

Data storage period

If you do not consent to further contact with your company, the data of the persons we contact will be deleted immediately, we will only leave the name of your company. Otherwise, if we do not contact you within 12 months, we will delete your contact details from our database.
